This optional template helps a seeker and helper record what they have agreed, including the type of help, timing, rate, payment method, cancellation arrangements and practical boundaries.

The agreement is made directly between the seeker and the helper. Trusted Help Spain is not a party to the arrangement, does not set helper rates and does not process payment for the practical help.

For ongoing, regulated, specialist or higher-risk arrangements, a more specific agreement and independent professional advice may be required.

Where a helper acts as an autónomo or business and the seeker is a consumer, any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Spanish consumer rights cannot be waived in advance.

7. Safety and Boundaries

The helper may decline work outside the agreed scope or their abilities
The seeker will not pressure the helper to provide prohibited services

Either person may end the arrangement if they reasonably consider it unsafe or inappropriate

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

The completed agreement should normally be kept by the seeker and helper. It does not need to be sent to Trusted Help Spain unless requested in connection with a report, complaint or support issue.

9. Direct Agreement Between the Parties

By confirming this agreement, both parties understand that:

Trusted Help Spain is not a party to this agreement
Trusted Help Spain does not determine the helper’s rate or working arrangements
Payment for the help is made directly to the helper
Platform membership fees are separate from payment for the help
Verification checks and helper statuses do not guarantee the outcome of the arrangement
Both parties remain responsible for their own decisions and legal obligations
The Trusted Help Spain Terms and Conditions and Code of Conduct continue to apply to platform use

A completed template cannot remove rights or obligations that apply under Spanish or EU law.
