Do not use this contact page for urgent medical, safety, crisis or emergency situations. If someone is in immediate danger or needs urgent help, contact the appropriate emergency service in Spain.
What Trusted Help Spain cannot help with
Trusted Help Spain does not provide medical care, nursing, therapy, personal care, medication management, emergency support or regulated care services.
Trusted Help Spain also does not act as an employer, care agency, legal representative, financial adviser or payment processor for the actual help.
Helpers are independent users of the platform. They set their own availability, rates, payment methods and conditions.
I want to report a concern
You can contact Trusted Help Spain to report a concern about a profile, message, review, request or situation.
This may include no-shows, non-payment, unsafe behaviour, disrespectful communication, misleading information, harassment, false reviews, privacy concerns, misuse of the platform or requests outside the allowed categories.
Please include the relevant profile name, region, date, a short description and any important details.
In serious cases, Trusted Help Spain will review the situation manually and take action where needed.

Starting region by region
Trusted Help Spain starts region by region, with Costa Blanca as the first focus area.
If your area is not active yet, you can still register your interest by completing the form above and selecting Register interest in another region as the subject. Please include your town, province or coastal region and whether you are looking for help or interested in becoming a helper.
These registrations help us understand where both local demand and suitable helper interest are strongest. When there is enough balanced interest in the same area, Trusted Help Spain can begin preparing that region for activation and contact the people who registered.
