Complete the verification process
Trusted Help Spain will contact you by email or WhatsApp to arrange the required checks.
These may include an identity check, video intake, reference checks, an online presence review and agreement with the platform rules.
3.
Receive manual approval
Applications are reviewed individually, and approval is not automatic.
Approved applicants receive an email explaining how to activate their helper membership and continue with their profile.
4.
Activate your membership
Follow the instructions in the approval email to activate your helper membership and complete the required payment.
5.
Create and submit your helper profile
Add your region, languages, help categories, relevant experience, availability, practical boundaries and rate or price indication.
Your completed profile is submitted for review and does not become visible automatically.
6.
Become visible in your region
Trusted Help Spain reviews the completed profile before publishing it.
Once approved and published, seekers can find your profile in the relevant region and help categories. You can then respond to published help requests or wait for a seeker to contact you directly.

Helpers arrange payment directly with seekers and remain responsible for their own taxes, insurance, registrations and legal obligations.

Trusted Help Spain opens region by region, starting with Costa Blanca, so each area can build enough suitable helpers and genuine local demand.
People looking for help and helpers in other regions can already register for free. They will be notified when their region becomes active, once there are enough registrations from both sides and they can start to receive or offer practical help in Spain.
