Membership provides access to the platform but does not include the cost of the actual help or guarantee that a suitable helper will be available for every request.

Membership keeps an approved helper profile active and visible but does not guarantee enquiries, paid work or income.

Payment for the Actual Help
The membership fee only covers access to the platform.
Helpers set their own rates. Before any help takes place, the seeker and helper should agree directly on:
- The type of help
- Date, time and location
- Expected duration
- The helper’s rate
- Payment method
- Travel or additional costs
- Cancellation arrangements
- What is and is not included
Trusted Help Spain does not employ helpers, set their rates or process payment for the actual help during the current phase.
