What kind of help and services can you find in Spain?
You can find practical, non-medical help and selected specialist business services for everyday needs and local situations in Spain.
Trusted Help Spain is not a care provider, emergency service, employer or agency. The platform helps you explore service-provider profiles that have undergone verification checks and review before publication. You decide who to contact, while the price, agreement and working arrangements are made directly between you and the provider.
Shopping and errands
Find someone local for groceries, small errands, parcel pick-ups or simple tasks outside the home. This can be useful when you are busy, new to an area or arranging help from a distance.
Companionship
Find someone for a walk, coffee, conversation or short visit. This is light social support with clear boundaries, not care work or therapy.
Nanny and family help
Search for suitable help with child-related routines, such as school pick-ups or short practical family support. This must stay within clear rules and the correct legal boundaries.
Pet help
Search for help with dog walking, feeding, short pet visits or practical pet routines. This can help when you are away, busy or need someone local to check in.
Light garden help
Find help with light outdoor tasks such as watering plants, sweeping terraces or checking a garden area. This is for simple garden support, not heavy or risky physical work.
Appointment support
Get practical support when you need to go to an appointment or understand basic local steps. A helper can assist with planning, language barriers or simply being there with you.
Language help
Find help with simple communication in Spain, such as messages, phone calls, appointments or local situations. This is practical language support, not official translation or legal representation.
Check-ins
Arrange a short visit, home check, pet check or simple update for extra reassurance. Check-ins are practical support, not medical monitoring or emergency response.
Handyman-style help
Find help with small practical jobs such as simple repairs, basic assembly or minor tasks around the home. This is for light, safe handyman-style support, not specialist trade work or risky physical jobs.
Daily practical support
Look for support with small, safe household tasks that do not require specialist work. This can include simple organising, light practical help or everyday household routines.

Find selected professional services including:
Removals, Transport & Storage Services;
Food, Baking & Catering Services;
Property Rental, Keyholding & Guest Services;

Who can use Trusted Help Spain to find help?
Trusted Help Spain is for people who need practical local help in Spain, either for themselves or for someone they care about, and want a more structured alternative to Facebook groups, WhatsApp groups or informal recommendations.
Trusted Help Spain may be suitable for:
- International residents may need practical help because they are new to an area, do not speak Spanish fluently or do not yet have a strong local network. Trusted Help Spain makes it easier to search for verified helpers by region, language and type of support.
- Older residents may need light everyday support, companionship, shopping help, appointment support or check-ins. Trusted Help Spain is not a care provider; it is built for practical, non-medical help in Spain.
- Families may need help with daily routines, pets, appointments, language barriers, errands or family logistics. Some family-related support needs extra care, clear rules and suitable helper verification.
- People living alone may want a trusted way to find someone local for occasional practical support. This can be useful for errands, check-ins, appointments, language help or light everyday tasks.
- People with limited local support. Some people live in Spain but do not have many people nearby to rely on. This may be because of language barriers, moving to a new area, age, family situation or a limited local network.
- Families abroad. Families living outside Spain may want to arrange help for a parent, relative or loved one in Spain. Trusted Help Spain can help them find local helpers, view profiles and contact someone suitable in the right region.

Why use Trusted Help Spain instead of Facebook groups?
Facebook and WhatsApp groups can be useful, but finding the right person often means sorting through scattered posts, recommendations and profiles with little consistent information.
Trusted Help Spain gives you a more structured way to compare reviewed helpers or post a Help Request, while keeping your account and personal contact details out of public view.
Trusted Help Spain is built around:
- Reviewed helper profiles
- Search by region, language and type of help
- Clear help categories and boundaries
- Private seeker accounts and contact details
- Two controlled ways to request help
- Reviews and feedback
- Reporting options
- Manual review before helper profiles go live
- Non-medical boundaries
- Direct agreements between seeker and helper
This gives you more information and more control before deciding who to contact, and you know that every visible helper has already gone through Trusted Help Spain’s review and verification process.
How are helpers checked?
Helpers go through a controlled review and verification process before their profiles become visible on Trusted Help Spain.
Checks can include identity verification, a video intake, references, online presence review, profile review and agreement with the platform Code of Conduct.
ID-check
Helpers show a valid identity document during verification so Trusted Help Spain can confirm who they are. ID numbers or copies are not stored.
Video intake
A short video call helps us understand who the helper is, what they want to offer and whether they understand the platform rules.
Reference check
Helpers may provide references that Trusted Help Spain can contact. If checked, this can be shown as additional trust information on the profile.
Online presence review
Public information such as social profiles, websites or business listings may be reviewed for consistency with the helper application.
Profile review
Before publication, Trusted Help Spain reviews the helper profile, offered services and information provided for clarity and suitability.
Code of Conduct
Helpers must agree to rules covering respect, privacy, clear boundaries, non-medical support and independent responsibility.
Verification reduces uncertainty and gives seekers more information before making contact, but it is not a guarantee of future behaviour or the outcome of an agreement.
What kind of help is not allowed?
Trusted Help Spain is for practical, non-medical help. Medical care, nursing, therapy, personal care, emergencies, crisis support and other regulated care services are not allowed.
- Medical care

Can you arrange help for someone else in Spain?
Yes. You can use Trusted Help Spain to find practical help for a parent, relative or someone else living in Spain.
This may include errands, appointment support, pet help, check-ins or other everyday practical support.
The seeker and helper make their own arrangements about what is needed and what is included. Trusted Help Spain does not provide medical monitoring, emergency response or care supervision.
