How Trusted Help Spain Works
Trusted Help Spain provides a structured way to find or offer practical help in Spain by region, language and type of support.
Find or offer practical help
Seekers can browse reviewed Helper Profiles or post a Help Request. Helpers can create a profile and respond to suitable requests.
Review information before contact
Seekers can compare services, locations and completed verification checks before deciding who they want to contact.
Agree the details directly
Seekers and Helpers discuss timing, rates, payment and practical arrangements directly with each other.
Trusted Help Spain provides the platform, review process and community rules. It does not employ Helpers or provide the practical help itself.

Create a free Seeker account
Register as a Seeker and confirm your email address. Your account is private and is not shown in a public directory.
2.
Choose how you want to find help

Clear Checks and Boundaries

The review process may include:
- Identity check
- Video intake
- Reference check
- Profile review
- Online profile review
- Agreement with the community rules and code of conduct
Completed checks may be shown on a Helper Profile so Seekers can see which review and verification steps have been completed before making contact.
These checks can provide useful trust signals, but they do not guarantee a person’s conduct, suitability or the outcome of an arrangement.
Seekers and Helpers remain responsible for communicating clearly, deciding whether an arrangement is suitable and making their own informed decisions.
